Happy fourth Advent. No one is really sur when Advent was first celebrated. It dates back to at least 567 when monks were ordered to fast during December leading up to Christmas. Luckily we are not forced to fast, so we can bake our famous Haselnussstängeli Biscuits and enjoy it over Christmas.

280g butter

280g sugar

4 eggs

280g grounded Hazelnut

450g flour
